Online Bookings

Online bookings are subject to Ramada Emerald Park Regina East hotel policies during the extent of the stay.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed (with the exception of licensed service dogs). A fine of $300 will be charged for each undeclared pet.

Non-Smoking

Our hotel is 100% smoke free. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If a guest needs to smoke, they can do so in the designated smoking area located at the front of the hotel by the main entrance.

Pre-Authorization

Guests must provide a valid, major credit card and government-issued photo-ID that matches the name on the credit card. We do a pre-authorization on the credit card at check-in. If a guest wants to use a family member’s credit card, we must be provided with a copy of the credit card authorization form signed by the cardholder prior to the guest’s arrival. This form must also be accompanied by a photo of the cardholder’s credit card and government-issued photo-ID.

House Rules

  • For group bookings, we request an individual from the group accepts responsibility for the group members during the extent of the stay.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Noise levels above casual conversation will not be tolerated at any time. (Noise must not be heard outside the room.)
  • No running, roughhousing, loud conversations, or game playing (i.e. stick hockey) in the hallways or stairwells will be tolerated.
  • Excessive noise, which results in the hotel refunding other guests, will be charged to the offending room.
  • Consumption of alcohol is to be kept within the registered guest’s room and is not permitted in the hotel’s public areas.
  • Rooms are to be left in the condition in which they were found upon check-in. All damage, missing articles, or excessive mess will be subject to a charge.
  • Furniture is not to be moved or removed from the bedrooms.
  • Any and all damages caused to the hotel or its property by group or team members, or people associated with them, will be charged to and paid by the person(s) responsible for the group or team.
  • Team coaches or supervisors are responsible for checking all rooms prior to check-out.
  • Check-out past 11:00 a.m. must be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
  • The Water Park is unsupervised and children 12-years-old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful to other guests and hotel staff.

Noise Complaints

  • 1st complaint: Front desk agent will contact the person(s) responsible for the noise. The coach or person responsible for the group will be notified.
  • 2nd complaint: Front desk agent will contact the coach or person responsible for the group to explain the situation. This person will be notified that any further complaint will result in the team being asked to vacate the hotel.
  • 3rd complaint: The group will be asked to vacate the hotel immediately. The rooms will be charged and the deposit will not be refunded. All damages or extraordinary cleaning charges will be applied to your credit card.
  • If you do not vacate the hotel when asked, legal action will be enforced.

Safety Information

  • Do not open the door of your guest room without verifying who wants to enter. If a person claims to be a hotel employee, call the front desk and ask if a staff member is supposed to have access to your guest room, and for what purpose.
  • When returning to the hotel late at night, use the main hotel entrance. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots.
  • Close the door securely whenever you are inside your guest room and use all the locking devices provided.
  • Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
  • Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
  • Check to ensure that any sliding glass doors or windows and any connecting guest room doors are locked.
  • If you see suspicious activity, please report your observations to the front desk.

Pool Access & Rules

All entrants to the pool area MUST be registered hotel guests and must also be wearing a colour-coded wristband, which is available at the front desk. The number of wristbands available to each guest room depends on the type of room that is booked. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool area. The pool area is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
  • All swimmers are required to shower before entering the pool area.
  • All persons using the pool and pool area do so at their own risk.
  • No diving.
  • Children 12-years-old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No running, horseplay, or ball playing allowed.
  • No accessories, electrical appliances, or radios are permitted in the pool area.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended. The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  • The pool is for the use of hotel guests only. Management reserves the right to refuse pool privileges to anyone at any time.
  • No food or drinks.
  • No glass on the pool deck or other barefoot areas.
  • No pets (exceptions for assistance animals)
  • No snorkel equipment or floating toys.
  • Main pool capacity, 88 maximum.
  • Kids’ pool capacity, 14 maximum.

Whirlpool Rules

  • Pregnant women, elderly persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or anyone recovering from illness is not advised to enter the whirlpool without prior written consultation or permission from a physician.
  • Do not use the whirlpool while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other medications that raise or lower blood pressure.
  • Check whirlpool temperature before use. The maximum safe temperature is 40C/140F.
  • Do not use the whirlpool alone.
  • Children 14-years-old and younger cannot use the whirlpool unless accompanied by an adult. Use by children 14-years-old and younger is not recommended.
  • No food or drinks.
  • Watch your step. Enter and exit the whirlpool slowly.
  • Observe whirlpool time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness, and fainting. People should not remain in the whirlpool longer than 15 minutes.
  • Whirlpool capacity, 9 maximum.

Fitness Area

Our fully-equipped Fitness Centre is open 24/7. Only registered hotel guests 16-years of age and older may use it. Guests younger than 16-years of age must have parental supervision. Proper attire and footwear must be worn at all times.

  • To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, please be courteous and respectful to others while using the fitness area.
  • During peak hours (or while others are waiting), limit your time on the equipment to 20-30 minutes.
  • Pick up all towels, water bottles, magazines, and newspapers.
  • Wipe down each piece of equipment after use.
  • All persons using the fitness area do so at their own risk.
  • No food or beverages (other than water).

Meeting Room

Guests must contact the hotel directly for meeting room availability and pricing. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Coffee is supplied. Meeting room rental does not include access to the pool area.
